+I've cooked up a new test case, which never gets past the fourth app
+restart (on my system with mono from SVN head). It can hardly be
+called minimal anymore as it uses db4o (only opening and closing a
+file). But at least it makes the crash more reproducible.

+Extract it, run "mono tinyhost.exe 100" and see it crash.
