 This is a regression since 1.2.4, and it applies to OpenFileDialog as
 well, so it's something lower level than CommonDialog.  I am going to
 guess it may have something to do with Rolf's modal form changes.  If
 I am wrong Rolf, please feel free to pass the bug on.
