 When a SaveFileDialog instance (but this probably applies to other dialogs 
 as well) is displayed multiple times, then it appears to be empty and is 
 no longer centered in the screen.

+This is a regression since 1.2.4, and it applies to OpenFileDialog as
+well, so it's something lower level than CommonDialog.  I am going to
