+Some additional notes: the data in this blob is a "BinaryFormatter"
+serialized array of object with two elements. Element 0 is the name of
+the assembly including .dll/.exe. Element two is a hashtable
+containing string/string pairs of Type.AssemblyQualifiedName with as
