Summary: mod_mono not serving requests

I upgraded all my mono components on 7/4 from svn (mono/mcs/xsp/mod_mono)
and afterwards was not able to serve pages from my website via
apache/mod_mono. I did not make any configuration changes, and the site
was properly working before. Additionally, the site continues to work
properly under xsp2.

I ran mod-mono-server2 manually so I could specify MONO_OPTIONS to perform
some tracing, and it appears that it is getting stuck somewhere in the
remoting / appdomain area of application setup. The CPU utilization is
very light, where it used to be heavily used for a good 15+ seconds the
first time the application was hit, which further suggests something is
hung up. The trace for an execution will be attached after this, and shows
that it just sits in the remoting pieces.

Please let me know if there is any more info you need.

Thanks,
Mike
