 A test case, not so easily... id have to construct a false website... i can give you temporary 
 SVN access to the source code for you to see... And yeah, at times we get a Null Ref Ex... but 
 thats when it runs in to a null parent node (does not happen on 2005). I will contact the sites 
 owner and get permission it should be permisable, give me 17 hours.
