+Note that the fix does NOT add the capability to browscap.ini, but
+merely provides a default value for it. The mono project is not the
+maintainer of browscap.ini, so we're not modifying it. Also, the
+capability is introduced in asp.net 2.0 with which version Microsoft
+also abandoned the browscap.ini usage, while Mono continues to use it.
