+We could consider enabling the ThreadExceptionDialog. Right now, it 
+will never be used since SystemInformation.UserInteractive always 
+returns false on Mono.

+Also, we could check what the behavior on Windows is if we let the 
+exception bubble up (instead of catching it, and writing it to the
