+run attached code.

+Observed:
+
+There is some space between right side of form and right side of Toolstrip 
+Wider right-anchored toolstrips are totally in wrong place, so this is not 
+minor or cosmetics.

+Expected:
+
+Toolstrip right side must be same as form right side
+
