+Description of Problem:
+  There is no option to rebuild the index or search indices in Monodoc. 
+This is needed in the following situation...
+
+  - User just installed a new -sharp library and has previously used
+Monodoc's index and search.  The new documentation will not be indexed.
+
+  - User just rebuilt an existing -sharp library with the documentation
+when it was skipped before.  The newly existing documentation will not be
+indexed.
