 I apparently used VS 2003 to generate the output that included
 AddressAt, GetAt, and SetAt. The list posted on 1/23 is from VS 2005.
 I just double checked, the list of methods generated by 2005 do not
 include GetAt, SetAt, or AddressAt. Do you need the VS 2005 list of
 methods for single-dimension array?
