+1- Open MonoDoc
+2- Go View menu | Show Comments option
+

+Crash.
+
+Expected Results:
+Works.

+How often does this happen? 
+Always until i manually correct settings.xml file.
+Sometimes it take much more than 1 time to get this option checked. 
+
