Summary: sn: success exit code when assembly is not strongly named

Currently, sn returns exit code success (0) when the -T[p] option is
specified but the specified assembly is not strongly named.

In that case, the MS Strong Name tool returns exit code 1 (to signal
failure).

Do you want a patch for this ?

This is blocking some local tests I'm creating for changes to
AssemblyLinker (al).
