+Description of Problem:
+If Form.Icon is set to an Icon created from a file that contains multiple 
+icons, the window displays the wrong icon.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile the following program.
+using System.Drawing;
+using System.Windows.Forms;
+class TestForm : Form {
+    static void Main() {
+        Application.Run(new TestForm());
+    }
+    public TestForm() {
+        Icon = new Icon("Test.ico");
+    }
+}
+2. Put the test icon in the same directory as the generated executable.
+3. Start the program.
+
+Actual Results:
+1 is displayed as icon.
+
+Expected Results:
+2 is displayed.
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always (on the SVN version).
