+Yes, both client and server are running on mono.
+I'm using the current vm ware image.

+I can always reproduce this issue.

+The issue seems independent of the remoting channel. I can reproduce 
+it using the TcpChannel as well as using my own custom channel (from 
+IIOP.NET).
