 Currently, Mono does not process the 'enableSessionState' configuration 
 attribute of the <pages> section in a case-sensitive manner while MS does.
 
 I'll prepare a patch that fixes this.

+Apparently, it works fine on the 1.0 profile but not on the 2.0
