+Description of Problem:
+The attached program should use a transparency effect to show an image
+moving. Mono shows a blue box and the image never shows up.

+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run the program attached
+
+Actual Results:
+It shows a blue box and the animation finishes.
+
+Expected Results:
+The blue box shouldn't be there and an image with transparency should show up.
