+Description of Problem:
+
+I downloaded a tutorial example called "form opacity" and I run it. The 
+opacity effect works but at the end, the form almost disappear completely 
+instead of staying visible as it should.
+
+The example was taken from:
+http://www.codeproject.com/cs/media/CsTranspTutorial3.asp
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Run the program attached (mono Opacity.exe)
+
+Actual Results:
+The box fades in, but at the end it almost disappears instead staying 100% 
+visible.
+

+Expected Results:
+The box should be visible at the end of the opacity change.
+
