+When in the PageSetup dialogue, clicking on Printers and selecting a 
+different printer should update the PageSetup fields with the new 
+pagesettings and printersettings of the selected printer. It doesn't.
+
+Reproduce:
+in swf-printing.exe, select File/Page Setup, click Printers, change the 
+printer, close dialogue, Page Setup values are not updated
