I've seen that now mono put the viewstate into a <div> element, this is the
good behaviour for .NET 2, but it's not the 1.1 behaviour...

This could lead to problems for applications because the rendering is different
between mono and MS.NET

Thanks for fixing it and backporting on 1.2.6 branch.
