The exception is fixed in SVN r91634.
Unit tests added in r91635.

Note: at this moment libgdiplus doesn't support either GdipTransformPoints or
GdipTransformPointsI so you'll end up with the exact same point value (unless
you're running your code under Windows, where MS GDI+ will be used).
