Patch replacing TimeoutManager with direct usage of timers

TimeoutManager is able to store multiple threads references for a single
context object. Is this functionality ever used (I wasn't able to "trigger"
it)? From looking at the source, TimeoutManager.CheckTimeouts seems to abort
only a single thread anyway...
