I don't really know if this is another Enhancement or bug, but i use this RTF
as read only and if you select some text and use CTRL+X the text is really cut,
folow to a CTRL+V the rtf part only is paste, i uselly see read only with
CTRL+C and context menu with only copy item enable, here there isn't the
default context menu
