+Description of Problem:
+SIGSEGV when running the code
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create a windows forms app using VS2005. Bare form - no controls. 
+2. Compile using VS2005
+3. Run the code on RH9 (mono testWinForm.exe)
+
+Actual Results:
+SIGSEGV
+
+Expected Results:
+Form should display
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Everytime
+
+Additional Information:
+Errored Mono version is 1.2.4
+This worked fine (no errors) on mono version 1.2.3
+There are no errors running the app on Fedora 7 with mono 1.2.4
