+The text of the ComboBox is being drawn too low in System.Windows.Forms,
+effectively hiding part of the text
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create a new application with a from with a ComboBox with some text
+2. Compile & execute

+Actual Results:
+Part of the text is not displayed.
+
+Expected Results:
+All of the text to be visible.
+
