+I write a C# app, at this time it have two forms, all text are in english,
+i decided to activate (true) the localizable property of the forms, then i
+made  french and german version of then (all this with MS VSC express)
+compile it and try it under linux, it doesn't work, to try this get my
+source code here :

+Open the solution with MS VC, activate the localized option on the two
+forms, compile it and try the binaries under linux.
