+When a TextReader or a Stream is passed to XmlSerializer.Deserialize, then 
+an XmlTextReader should be constructed that only returns significant 
+whitespace.
+
+To reproduce, compile and run the attached code snippet.
+
+Expected result:
+
+"Significant" is written to the stdout four times.
+
+Actual result:

+"All" is written to stdout, and an unhandled exception is reported:
