+Description of Problem:
+In Codice's Plastic GUI interface, if you hover over an item and the tool
+tip pops up, then you right click and open a dialog, the tool tip never
+disappears. 
+
+This is captured in a screen cast, and I also reproduced this on 1.2.5p3.
+
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Download the plastic on Mono VMWare Image
+     wget http://www.vodagest.net/mono1.2.4_plastic.zip
+2. Upgrade the VMWare image to 1.2.5p3
+     http://mono.ximian.com/monobuild/preview/download-preview/  
+3. Reboot the VM
+4. cd into /home/mono/wk_mono
+5. Watch this screen cast to see how to reproduce the bug
