+Spring.Core (IOC container, base assembly of Spring framework) fails with a
+null pointer exception when trying to create Context object.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Compile attached test program.
+2. Run with App.config
+

+happens on WinXP and Gentoo Linux. Fails on mono 1.1.13 (not tested on
+older) up to newest svn.
