+Jackson, your fix for this issue causes a regression in the 
+ExpandAll_Tree_NotCreated test (#F2) on the 1.0 profile.

+If you run a visual test in which ExpandAll is invoked before the 
+handle is created, then (on the 1.0 profile) the last node is indeed 
+not visible. I'll submit a separate bug report for this, but am re-
