+To reproduce:
+
+Install windows installer (happening in 1.2.4, but I've seen it happen
+previously as well).
+
+Load up xsp2 test web server from the shortcut.
+
+Go to xsp index page.  From there is seems it takes a couple of refreshes
+for the page to be rendered correctly.  xsp also crashed within a few seconds.
+
+Seems after I refresh a few times I can then browse through the samples.
