+When Control.Region is modified to an ellipse, then MouseEvent, 
+MouseLeave and Click events are still fired for the area outside the 
+ellipse region (but within the corresponding rectangle size).
+
+Also, the area outside the ellipse is not drawn correctly.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. compile the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions.
