+Discovered two minor issues:

+1) On Mono, the form's scrollbars only appear when the MDI child is 
+released, not while moving it across the form's boundaries.

+2) When the MDI child is moved across the left border and the mouse 
+pointer is moved vertically, then the MDI child no longer moves 
+along.
