Summary: Wrong keyboard layout with swedish pc105 keyboard

Description of Problem:
Mono thinks the keyboard has a AZERTY layout; pressing Q gives A, W gives
Z, and vice-versa. On the first run, Mono prints "X does not support your
locale", but not on subsequent runs. Unsetting all LANG* and LC_* env
variables before starting mono does not change anything. Works as expected
in all other X applications.

Additional information:
Mono 1.2.3.1
ligdiplus 1.2.3

Relevant lines from Xorg.conf:
 Option "XkbModel" "pc105"
 Option "XkbLayout" "se"
