+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Create an .aspx page with a textbox and a required field validator:
+name:<input type="text" id="nameInputText" runat="server"/>
+<asp:RequiredFieldValidator ControlToValidate="nameInputText" 
+runat="server" EnableClientScript="true">bad!</asp:RequiredFieldValidator">
+2. Browse to the page
+3. Notice the javascript error:
+Error: ValidatorOnLoad is not defined
+
+Actual Results:
+Failure to perform client side form validation using asp.net validator controls
+
+Expected Results:
+Succuss
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Always

+Additional Information:
+Very easy to reproduce.  It seems like I might just need the equivalent of
+aspnet_regiis -i ?  Or some mono equivalent of 
+WebUIValidation.js, which I can't find ?
