Summary: Problem with Simple Remoting on Windows

Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
If I run the attached sample on linux, it works ok. If I run on Windows
with .net it works. If I run on windows with mono it crashes when the
client tries to connect. If I run the Server.exe from inside VS with the VS
built mono, I crash on startup.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Make sample
2. Start Server.exe
3. Run Client.exe

Actual Results:
Server crashes silently, and client gives:

Server stack trace:

How often does this happen?
Everytime.

Additional Information:
I'm willing to help debug if someone tells me what needs looked at.
