+This is a buglet in packaging. libzlib is an optional dependency
+(needed only for a small subset of the mono 2.0 profile), so its
+absence is not regarded as an error. I have added a more prominent
+warning for when it's not found and documented the need in the README
+file.
+The debian package (and other package) maintainers should add
+libzlib-dev (zlib1g-dev for debian) to the source dependencies.
