+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. rm the nunit entries from the mono registry (software\nascent 
+software)
+2.  start nunit-gui
+3. click on the errors and failures tab (should have default focus, but 
+doesn't due to #79406)
+4. press the right arrow key
+
+Expected Results:
+Focus should be on the "Tests Not Run" tab, with visual indication of 
+focus and its empty contents shown.
+
+Actual Results:
+For some reason, the pulldown menus are navigated through. Even if you d 
+on't click on them or activate them in any way, as in this use case.
