+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. follow the WinFormsTestPlan in the wiki
+
+Actual Results:
+after loading the test assembly, there is weird text corruption between 
+the File and Tools pulldown menus
+
+Expected Results:
+should look as on MS.NET. this used to look okay in mono not too long
