 Nice catch!  zlib was listed as a build dependency for gtk#, but not mono.
 
 This will be fixed in the 1.1.17.1_2 installer.

+Wade, it would be nice if the devel bits were deployed as well:
+include files, *.la, *.a. There are required for mkbundle.
