+Background: System.IO.Compression is implemented using
+libMonoPosixHelper and zlib.
+
+Issue: the Windows Installer and MonoPosixHelper seems to be built
+on a machine w/out zlib. For that reason, the System.IO.Compression
+doesn't work.
+
+Fix: install and deploy a zlib version compiled with mingw,
+like the other libs Mono deploys.
