Summary: Exception when NotifyIcon is accessed

When an application uses the NotifyIcon and the user accesses it, an
exception is throw that destroys the form. You can see this effect by
compiling and using the attached application.

This code works using 1.1.9.2 but does not work with any later versions.

As you will see when you run the application, only a gap is displayed in
the task bar where the icon should be. However this true of 1.1.9.2 as
well.
