+Summary: Moving splitter draws the ReversibleRectangle inside a ListBox

+When you move the vertical splitter between the treeview and the listbox to
+the right in the resource editor, it draws the ReversibleRectangle inside
+the listbox.
+
+The ReversibleRectangle X pos inside the listbox is 0 + moved splitter
+distance.
+
+To reproduce start the resource editor and just move the vertical splitter
+to the right (no need to load any resources).
+
+In the attached screenshot you can see the line/ReversibleRectangle inside
+the listbox.
