+The control menu of an MDI child does not automatically close when focus 
+is moved to another control, or even when the form is closed.
+
+Also, you cannot click any item on that menu onless you keep the left 
+mousebutton down after you click the form icon.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions.
