+When an MDI child window is maximized, the control menu of that MDI child 
+is not available when you click the form icon.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. compile and run the attached code snippet.
+2. follow the on-screen instructions.
+
+Also, there are no tooltips for the control box buttons (for MDI child 
+forms). Let me know if you want a separate bug report for this.
