+Maximizing and unmaximizing an MDI parent causes the MDI child to move up 
+and causes a vertical scrollbar to be displayed.
+
+To reproduce:
+
+1. compile and run the attached repro.
+2. following the on-screen instructions.
+
+Shouldn't the debug output also be removed ?
+
