 actually, we do need to do a keyboard grab (or rely on winforms to
 forward the keyboard events to the proper place.  given the menu
 architecture, this is probably the way to go.)
 
 as of right now, navigating around menus using the keyboard doesn't work.

+interfere with events reaching the rest of the UI.  this is what I

+1. open nunit
+2. File -> Open Project, use file selector and chose a dll
+3. notice treeview populates with tests
+4. try to click Run, but nothing happens
+5. interact with main menu again (just click File twice)
+6. Click Run, which now works.
