+all the controls not showing up, borders not being redrawn, scrollbar
+issues, etc, should be fixed post 1.1.18.  1.1.18 basically went out
+while we were working on a RecreateHandle bug, which wasn't fixed
+until the following couple of days.  It's fixed now in svn though.

+The menu handling/maximize/minimize handling is definitely there though.
