Summary: Explain why "Visual Basic 2005 applications are not supported"

Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:
Mono does not support VB2005 applications using the 'Application Framework'.

Unhandled Exception: System.Exception: Visual Basic 2005 applications
are not supported at
Microsoft.VisualBasic.ApplicationServices.WindowsFormsApplicationBase.Run
(System.String[] commandLine) [0x00000]

This message scared me off.
But it is perfectly capable of running VB2005 applications, you might want
to tell developpers that they have op open 'My Project' and disable 'Enable
application framework' to fix the problem.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Create a VB2005 Windows application
2. Go to 'My Project' and make sure 'Enable application framework' is checked
3. Read Monos console output

Actual Results:
Error message

Expected Results:
At least a message about how to fix it.

How often does this happen?
Always

Additional Information:
Tested on Mono-1.1.18
