+Description of Problem:
+
+Since loading 1.1.18 of mono (all components), mod_mono reports Internal
+Server Error when accessing pages through https. These pages worked fine
+under 1.1.17 and back.
+
+Steps to reproduce the problem:
+1. Access (apparently any) page via https
+2. Get "Internal Server Error"
+3. 
+
+Actual Results:
+Internal Server Error
+
+Expected Results:
+Expected the page to render like it used to under 1.1.17
+
+How often does this happen? 
+Every time
+
+Additional Information:
+It would be nice if we got something more than "Internal Server Error" from
+mod_mono. This part of the asp.net solution has been under-specific with
+its error messages from the eary days..
